Phase One: Concept Design
Each project begins with a series of consultations as we develop custom concepts and plans for your home. During this phase, these abstract ideas will become technical drawings and concrete plans.
Phase Two: Schematic Design
Once our design has been refined collaboratively, we begin sourcing the materials, fixtures, and furnishings while we prepare for any scheduled construction to begin by working closely with all parties involved.
Phase Three: Detail Design
Once preparation and sourcing is complete, we develop concept drawings into detailed design drawings and provide all remaining information needed for construction to begin.
Phase Four: Completion
Once construction comes to a close, we implement the remaining elements of our shared vision, styling each one. We then have the honour of welcoming you home to an elegant, enduring, and deeply personal haven.
